Body Painting Goes Mainstream
Spark Body Painting’s talented crew next takes the stage September 22nd as the LeMoyne Art Center unveils living art at their Art & Soul fall fundraiser. Spark Body Painting along with Artistic Director, Perdita Ross, have been working on the design and painting concepts since early July in order to give the show the pop and sizzle that have become associated with high end body painting events.

Spark Body painting teamed up with the Tallahassee RollerGirls and the Spread the Love, a non-profit organization, to help bring awareness of cervical cancer to Tallahassee residents .

Karen from SPARK Body painting teamed up with Arty Brush Strokes to paint at the NABPC this past February.
PRELIMINARIES: “AROUND THE WORLD”
Anything goes in this competition! From your favorite pet to the stars, this determines who will go to the finals! Team Arty Brush Strokes painted a large orange octopus on the left shoulder with iconic images of the continents descending down the models body
FINALS: “EVOLUTION”
From the Caveman to Wall Street, from computers to Test tube babies, ANYTHING that has evolved in the past 1.4 million years. Our take on evolution was one of personal evolution; that of the art of Pablo Picasso. This evolution begins with the blue and rose period, travels to his cubist style and weaves his dove of peace around the form
